When an Urgent Care patient is deemed medically unstable or requires hospitalization, they are transported to a hospital. Often, an ER visit can be avoided and the patient can be directly admitted to the hospital. Urgent Cares are not appropriate places for patients with acute chest pain, severe shortness of breath or other acute life threatening illnesses. |
When experiencing an acute illness, injury, or are unable to get an appointment with your personal physician, an Urgent Care offers medical expertise on a walk-in basis. We deliver comprehensive evaluations and treatment of illness and are dedicated to ensuring patients receive the highest quality care. The Urgent Care is also able to provide the business communty with occupational medical services. Including pre-employment drug screens, fitness for work and other workers compensation needs. |
